Born and raised in Wayland, Massachusetts, Ryan loves the Southern California lifestyle. He is the proud husband of his wife, Kate and dad to two rescue dogs, Chuy and Jelly Bean. He is also actively involved in Habitat for Humanity, the Central City Action Committee, a Sense of Home, and serves on the Go Campaign’s Leadership Council.
Josh Stein-Sapir is a graduate of Columbia University and a realtor at HK Brokerage. He lived in New York City for ten years, where he worked as a bartender and a notary public, closing loans by day and serving the Upper West Side by night.
