With title and escrow being an integral part of every real estate transaction, this experience and access gives Josh an advantage in every deal.
After graduating from Columbia University, Josh lived in New York closing loans as a Notary Public by day and tending bar by night. It is his experience in the service industry that gives Josh both the edge and temperament that sets him apart from other realtors.
